Did anyone see his speech in support of Mitt Romney and the Republicans last night? Quite bizarre and not a little scary, frankly. Not being ageist or anything, but that was one rambling, incoherent display. Maybe best stick with what he's good at-producing and starring in movies. I'm not a fan of his shoot-em-up offerings but I did like Play Misty For Me, he was terrific in that. And the one about the boxer with Hilary Swank, can't mind its name. And Bridges of Madison County... It's quite odd that a few of the actorly persuasion get to high places in Republican circles; Arnie, Ronald Reagan. You get the impression most people in the arts tend towards the Democrats... Would've been great though if James Stewart had got into high office. Or Gregory Peckory. ;D
