Last night, late, just as I was packing up the laptop, I got a twitter alert from an arts journalist friend. David Cameron, Prime Minister of UKE, had had a minion 'tweet' a picture of him apparently talking seriously and urgently to Barack Obama on the phone about the Ukraine crisis. Within seconds, a US comedian had picked up on it and tweeted a hilarious response---taking the total piss. I was falling about laughing by this point, when up popped a veteran British actor joining in the piss-taking. I could barely draw breath, helpless with a fit of the giggles Twitter's a marvellous method of communication: instant, global and just damned brilliant. Here's a wee synopsis of what occurred last night: www.nydailynews.com/entertainment/gossip/rob-delaney-patrick-stewart-poke-fun-david-cameron-photo-article-1.1713036
