I bet there was a moment - just a wee tiny one, maybe - when you wished you were far too uncool for her to bring her pals home to. It all sounds wonderful and completely lovely. May there be many more happy years for all. <imagine cake and wine picture here> Uncannily spooky observation there, Celyn In all honestly, the ancient me and Mr Rolo'd kinda planned to get under the duvet with a big pot of tea and some crap mindless telly but hey.....we weren't so far gone we couldn't get ourselves back in gear to join the partay.. . This "60 is the new 30" thing can get pretty exhausting, but Another upside to the party coming back here was that we finally managed to get rid of all those TERRIBLY mistaken drinks that've lain untouched for yonks. Why we ever had Peach Schnapps, chili-flavoured rum and of all things, Dissarono, in the house is a complete mystery to me... Me and Mr Rolo had a right laugh remembering all those all night-parties where somebody finally drank the Ouzo we all thought was exotic to bring back in the 80s... Nuthin up wae peach schnapps - I've recently became acquainted wae it - 4/5 measures in a huge ( 0.75l) tumbler) wae plenty of ice and some lemonade - very refreshing, easy to drink( very perhaps to easy) and about as strong as pishwater that's been boiled. On a Friday night in hot tub, after the boli has been tanned its great especially when drank via an extra long straw - makes it easy to sook up said drink from the tub when yer uptae yer neck in bubbling hot watter

Here in Australia. In my particular locality Local Hospitals at Manly and Mona Vale nearest 5 star hospital , brains swapped while you wait, Royal North Shore about 12 miles away. Mona Vale Hospital All Grandkids were born there Aw Fek - how did I no' guess that the hospital would be on the beach yeah and beside a golf course. Slight change We used to get a lot of young Scottish Doctors coming out here for a year or two to work with the Royal Flying Doctor Service now they seem to be mostly Irish.

In My day it was BEA DH Herons that flew to Barra Nearest I got to there was Benbecula & Stornoway by Viscount Would love to take seaplane from Clyde up over Loch Lomond and up over inner Hebrides... Bucket list maybe Now back at ya DHC 3 Otter on Sydney Harbour runs flights to Palm Beach and sight seeing. To really impress overseas business people "they" used to fly them up to Berowra Inn on the Hawkesbury for lunch. The sea-plane pulled up at a wharf at both ends
