Malaya have complained to the host country, Scotland, that having Dogs on the opening ceremony was insensitive and demand an apology. Particularly at ramadan we think it is rude insensitive to muslim nations that these dirty creatures were on the Parade. The wee Scotty Dogs with the name of each country were a great hit with the rest of the competing nations, so a wee message to the offended Malaysians, Fuck Off, You barbaric fuckers practice FGM and EAT Dogs in some of your muslim countries, you are offended? Well I am offended at your lack of manners, so again Fuck Off.

Hm. I guess some people have too much time on their hands...and a wee bit quick to take offence. Cool your jets, Malaysian Government!
As ever, governments purport to speak for their nation and SO often get it wrong. I'd doubt the Malaysian team could care less, they're here to take part in the best possible spirit.

It appears it was some RIGHT-WING NUTJOB ( aren't they all) who has been at the shite talking game:-
Dato Ibrahim Bin Ali, a far-Right politician, former MP and founder and president of Malay supremacist group Perkasa called the use of the dogs 'shameful' and 'offensive'.
Seems he's the leader of the Malaysian version of the BNP/NF/UKIP looking for some publicity with no status ( official or otherwise) within the Malay government.

And the Daily Fail, of course, carried this non-story. With their usual flair for stirring up hatred. The guy sounds like the usual right wing nutjob, indeed. If they weren't so tragic they'd be hilarious.
