What ridiculous global hype over what by most accounts is a very bad film. Ms Rolo pitched up to her work in Ashton Lane (in the cinema/bar complex) with trepidation last Friday as she was concerned at how the 'customers' might behave. All passed off without incident that night, although the staff were seriously tested by some of the behaviour. Quelle surprise, the following night it all kicked off, see here: www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-scotland-glasgow-west-31487066I just really feel for the folks who have to clear up after they've thrown up everywhere and behaved like single cell amoebae. Women attacking men who complain about their loud behaviour in a cinema is NOT EQUALITY, girls. And I'm dead disappointed that the Grosvenor management decided to go for the dollar and show this movie exclusively on both screens day and night. What were they thinking.

Brawl in Grosvener hit papers here. Apparently the pic is a dog. It did? Bejasus, these three women have embarrassed us all. It's mortifying. Ms Rolo tells me (from afar) that many staff raised concerns with their managers weeks ago over this film being shown exclusively over all screens for days on end. And their fears it would attract shall we say, challenging customers. But then its not Mr King who's grovelling about with bucket and mop clearing up drunk womens' sick. Or coping with the attack on a guy who just asked out of control drunks to shut the eff up at a movie. Acting like the very worst of men is NOT feminism, girls. Physical attack is not on. I hope they're charged with assault, being off your face with the drink is NO EXCUSE. Nor is it charmingly amusing. Fuckwits.
