To Craig Ferguson who's home in Glasgow this week ;D
Hilariously, he's apparently persuaded his network to fund his time here on the pretext of making a week's worth of shows, interviewing the great and the good in Scots society--- and throwing in a few solid old mates as well.. ;D
No afterparties on the Furstenburg at wur Chip, one hopes. Once bitten.......twice bitten...... ;D
Shows to be broadcast in May, Peony, apparently. If he gets out of here alive, that is... ;D ;D ;D

Um... You sound cynical. I don't understand why it's "hilarious" that the network - ie his employer - is funding his trip over here (if that's the case)...?
Craig is an American citizen - and is presumably here in the old country to make money for his US employer, yus? He presumably knows where to go and what to do in his old home toon, that will make for great telly. His US employer is banking on that, yus? Nowt wrong with that.
Or am I missing something?

He's also still a UK subject, although I cannae see whut citizenship has to do with it.

Yes, you're missing a SOH for one thing ;D I think it's just GRAND that Craig can get a trip home funded by his network ;D I jest about the Furstenberg but that's only because I know the once bitten sketch. Craig's a rehabilitated alcoholic and former keen participant in the Chip scenario. And a close friend since he was 19. I'm delighted at his success in the US, it's well deserved. Smart, funny, talented guy. Look forward to seeing the shows he's producing here.

He only appears very rarely on TV here and then only when he is "interviewing" an Ozzie

It'd be lovely to encounter him in the Lane... ask him about Niagara Motel ;D

I really love his show. He seems to be very witty with a helping of kindness. Sometimes people who are pretty smart like to exercise a sort of cruel humor. I avoid them will everything I have. I will never forget his speech on Britney Spears. I never again ragged on her.
Many things have worked to make me a kinder person, and one of those things, in part, is Craig.
I agree that he is quite a decent lookin' guy.
I'll be watching the big feller.
You can also watch him on Hulu.com. Just search on "The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson".

Some people just shine ;D Sure, Craig's a deeply handsome man, drop dead gorgeous if I'm honest, but there's way more to the man. Like sheer unabashed humanity. What you see is what you get. Quite an achievement in telly world
