Written submissions should be sent to: Referendum Consultation, Elections and Constitutional Development Division, Area 3D (south), Victoria Quay, Edinburgh, EH6 6QQMeanwhile, things have gone silent at the Scotland Office which is where we should expect to see the results of the Westminster govt's consultation document (dealine 9th March)... also meanwhile: the Scotland Bill received Royal Assent on 1st May, 305 years since the Act of Union. Largest ever transfer of financial powers to Scotland since the creation of the UK.

The Gaurdian, Alistair Darling, Unionist labour, Is there any doubt of the outcome of a poll with the three above involved I read the article and noted with some hilarity Alastair Darling's contention that Alex Salmond does not speak for the people of Scotland. (Not that he's ever presumed to do so in matters Referendum). HOW RICH IS THAT THOUGH? In the week Johann Lamont presumed to do just that............hahahahhaaaaaaaaaaaaa ;D ;D ;D Diddy.
