Brilliant. Musing on what the Scottish capitalism example might look like: You have two cows-- Aberdeen Angus, preferably. Clever Scots scientists invent cloning. Cow stocks multiply. Rest of world wants fine meat, so we continue to grow livestock sector and export while reinvesting profits into tax coffers: the 'Cow' Fund, not unlike Norway's 'Oil' Fund Present and future generations benefit from extra income to NHS, tuition fees, free social care for the elderly, free childcare for working parents. BINGO!

BINGO! Lol Scheme fails due to under capitalisation, red tape, poor management and excessive Union demands---------------- import cattle from Australia
