Complete Safety? Ur ye aff yer heid? Did ye no see oan ra news near every night the 4x4 folk that flipped ther tanks an crashed cos they thought they wis fuggin fireproof! Erses......

I agree with Nota when travelling long distances say 300=400 miles a day you need comfort & power & room to squirm around. I always had a big 6 cylinder (4 litre ) Ford. cruised for hours on end at 60-70mph. Could listen easily to radio. I had ameeting once a month just North of Canberra. It was easier driving the 200miles each way than buggering around with planes & taxis. It was cheaper & actually quicker took about 3 -3.5 hours. Hate to do that in a little European Buzz box now Too cramped for long distance work

I know Heidie, same here, thats why I downsized. The Falcon was a big lump of a motor & I downsized to nick around the city and surroundings
