MM I like my "villa ' in the sticks. No bastartds ringing door bell at 6am Justfool Kookaburras laughing their fool heads off waking everyone in a 1/2 mile radius. From my favourite Kiwi and one of my favourite songs: "I'd much rather have a caravan in the hills Than a mansion in the slums"

Just want to say a HUGE thanks to the neighbour that couldn't be arsed picking up their dog's humoungous pile of steaming crap from outside my gate earlier. Only just missed stepping right in it, in the dark tonight. Some unfortunate already had, by the shoe print in the middle of it. LOVELY! <away to check wean's boots...>

Don't know who it is yet, Bormes! There are a couple of 'suspects' but they seem to skulk about and lie in wait till nobody's watching! It really is a horrible *fuck-you* attitude, isn't it? Knowingly leaving that crap right where your neighbours (and kids) walk. Live and let live, fine---but pls, some people take that too faur....

As a dog owner all my life I find it very odd that anyone would do that??

Well, it's a small thing in the scheme of it all, world events-wise. But it's becoming a daily annoyance now so I've taken some action this week I dropped in on my community councillor neighbour this morning. We hatched a dastardly plan to go house-to-house in the local area with our leaflets (that I will print up over the weekend) talking to residents and inviting them to DOB IN any dog-owners they see not doing the poop-scoop. At which point Glasgow City Council will take action and go pay them a wee visit. Honestly, that big heap of shite outside my gate looks to have been stepped in by everyone that's passed the last two days. That'll be on folks' shoes, on buggy wheels, ground in to peoples' carpets.. One time, the wean had trod in it unawares en route from school; she'd perched on her bed to do her homework and I came home to find stinking dogshit all over our carpets and worse, the wee one's bedding. Cost me £30 to replace. No amount of laundering'd make that bedding ever feel clean again... This is war-- with a small w.

HUGE thanks (no, really ) to the neeb who's decided to get his windaes, gutters and downpipe sorted out over the coming Easter week. I'm really so grateful that, in my first time off in 14 bloody weeks, I can look forward to the sound of hordes of guys flinging up scaffold tomorrow. No need to set the alarm then, I guess Mind you it brings a whole new dimension to where I can hide the wean's Easter eggs

Nah, its a BMW M5 Much, much faster and better quality but a lot more clinical, well it is German after all........ I did hire a mustang, not current model, but the model before, it was a convertible, in Vancouver , it was awful, would nae pull the skin off of custard but looked good

Thon looks like the exact same kind of veee-hicle that's de rigeur round here for the school run. Essential for the snowy wastes of Kelvinsaide, don't you know.
